Descrizione

Il Negri R340DL56OTRON è un biotrituratore diesel ad alte prestazioni, progettato per lavori professionali intensivi e continui. Dotato di motore Kohler KDI1903TCR da 56 Hp, raffreddato a liquido e con avviamento elettrico, garantisce elevata potenza e affidabilità.

Il sistema di taglio comprende 4 lame riaffilabili, 20 martelli mobili reversibili e 1 controlama, tutti in acciaio temprato, con un vaglio di raffinazione fisso. L’apparato triturante consente di lavorare materiale fino a 180 mm di diametro, con una produzione oraria di 25–30 m³/h.

Il materiale viene alimentato tramite rullo idraulico e tappeto in acciaio, entrambi regolabili in velocità e senso di rotazione. Il tubo di lancio è girevole e regolabile in gittata, per adattarsi a tutte le esigenze operative.

La macchina è montata su un carrello stradale omologato per il traino lento, dotato di timone regolabile con occhione. Il sistema elettronico OBS con tecnologia Nostress protegge l’impianto da sovraccarichi. Inclusa una prolunga da 400 mm per il tubo di scarico.
