Descrizione
Il Negri R640DLHP75OTRGN è il top di gamma dei biotrituratori professionali Negri, progettato per la lavorazione intensiva di grandi volumi di materiale vegetale. Il rotore è interamente a martelli mobili, realizzati in acciaio temprato, con un sistema di taglio adatto a rami fino a 200 mm di diametro e una produzione oraria di 40–60 m³/h.
È alimentato da un motore diesel Kohler KDI2504TCR da 75 Hp, raffreddato a liquido e con avviamento elettrico. L’introduzione del materiale avviene tramite rullo idraulico e tappeto in acciaio, entrambi regolabili in velocità e direzione. Lo scarico è facilitato da un tappeto in gomma idraulico, anch’esso regolabile.
È presente un radiocomando remoto per il controllo delle funzioni principali e il sistema elettronico SHC + Nostress, che garantisce protezione contro sovraccarichi e blocchi.
La macchina è montata su un carrello stradale omologato, con timone regolabile e giunto a sfera, ideale per il traino lento su strada. Le dimensioni maggiorate e il peso di 3.500 kg la rendono perfetta per utilizzi industriali o in ambito comunale.
