Description

The Negri R640TN is the flagship tractor-powered model in Negri’s professional chipper line. It features a rotor with 60 mobile hammers, 1 counter-blade, and a fixed refining screen, ensuring consistent and powerful shredding.

Capable of processing branches up to 200 mm, with an hourly output of 40–60 m³, the infeed system includes an adjustable hydraulic roller and steel conveyor. The shredded material is discharged via a hydraulic rubber belt, with a discharge height of 3 meters.

All main functions are accessible via remote control, and the Nostress electronic system protects the motor from overloads.

Mounted on a road-approved trailer with fixed drawbar and ring hitch, the machine includes a PTO shaft and belt transmission with speed multiplier.

OFP Commerce Shredders are covered by an official 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the delivery date.

The Mezzovico-Vira warehouse in Ticino is always well-stocked and ready to best meet customer requests. Spare parts for routine maintenance are available and ready to be shipped throughout Switzerland.
